This past weekend we went to visit Memaw in Alabama. We had such a nice visit. We got to see Uncle Don, Aunt Linda, Rob, Richard, Annika, Connor and some other family members on Collin's side.

Memaw played harmonica on the porch and Schaefer loved it! He was dancing like a fool. So cute!

So, daddy has been really busy lately at the shop with his expansion and all. We hardly ever get to see him it feels! So Schaefer and I have taken a few trips up there to visit him!

This weekend my (Shannon) family came to hang out. Mom, Chris, Robbie and his girlfriend Ashley. We had a fun time just relaxing and playing with Schaefer!

Schaefer's newest discovery is the park! He loves to swing in the baby swings. It's a 10 minute walk from our house so it's fun. He would swing forever if we let him.

Here he is all ready to go to the park (2 different days of course).

We tried the slide for the first time the last time we were at the park. He was scared at first but really liked it after he got used to it! His hair sticks up from the static!

So, the hardest thing for me is..... TRYING TO TAKE A DECENT PICTURE OF ME AND SCHAEFER! He seems to only want to smile when I am behind the camera. Every time someone else tries to take our picture he is distracted. So frustrating! Anyway, I have been trying to get a good one of us and it just isn't working. This is the closest I have gotten...

So a couple of weekends ago, Collin's best friend Ryan and his awesome wife Jen came to visit. (Well we like to think they came all the way to Florida from Texas to visit us but they had a wedding to go to and a vacation--though they made time for us :) ) We really enjoyed seeing them. We miss them! If they lived closer I think we would always hang out with them! Anyway, while they were visiting that got to meet our new little monster. It was so much fun seeing Ryan and Jen play with him!

He really liked playing with them I think just as much as they liked playing with him!

While they were over I discovered (...big mistake) that they had borrowed Ryan's dad's super awesome camera (which I now want!) I decided to seize the opportunity and take some photos. Luckily for Schaefer it was late and getting close to bedtime or as you all know I would have taken THOUSANDS :) I really want this camera now :(

It was a really fun time and we wish that Ryan and Jen lived closer so that we could hang out. But for now, I guess we will just have to live through each other's Blog!

Schaefer has 2 little teeth on the bottom! The first one showed up a little bit before his 5 month birthday :) Now he has two of them! They are soooo cute!! He hasn't quite got the hang of them though. He bites himself all of the time and they are sharp.

Schaefer has really started playing. He is a roly-poly! He likes to play in his little playstations as well as with his toys.

UNFORTUNATELY, he is going to have to say bye-bye to his swing soon. He is getting too long and heavy for it. It will swing for a while and then slowly go to a stop. So sad :(

He is kind of hard to take photos of now because he is interested in what the camera is. He has to touch and chew on everything!

Here he is outside having a playdate with Angel :)

He really enjoys just laying and rolling around in his crib. He watches his monkeys dance above his head!

He plays so hard during the day that he tuckers himself out!

This weekend Collin's college friend Viviana got married. We drove (with Schaefer) 4 hours to Port St. Lucie to attend the beautiful wedding. We stayed with Collin's best friend from college Mario. He got to meet Schaefer for the first time and we got to meet his lovely fiance Daniella! We can't wait to go to their wedding!

We tried to take a family picture before leaving for the wedding but it didn't quite work! I couldn't get Schaefer to smile.... (I was making funny noises in the first picture)

Schaefer was really good at the wedding. He had fun dancing with mommy and daddy at the reception.

He didn't just dance with mommy and daddy, he stole Daniella too :)

He danced so much that he was tired, so he fell asleep! I don't know how, because the music was so loud.... he is a heavy sleeper!

He was fascinated with my dress all night, he kept pulling at it!

He also made a new little friend :)

We had a really good time. It was so great to see everybody! We need to get together more often.

So, Schaefer had his 4 month old Dr.'s appointment yesterday and she said we could start food! He is such a big little kid. He is 19 lbs. and 27.5 inches long. Because of his size, she doesn't want us to put him on cereal but start right with the yellow veggies!

So what better veggie to start with then SWEET POTATOES!!

He was totally ready for his new adventure... and LOVED to put his fingers in it!

His first bite was interesting. He was too sure how to handle the spoon and the taste kind of shocked him!

However, he QUICKLY started to understand that if he moved his hand and opened his mouth he would get the yummy stuff!

After a few minutes of eating it like a PRO, he was ready to start helping daddy... or what he thought was feeding himself :)

He won the spoon battle and got to attempt to feed himself. TOO CUTE!!
Good Job Schaefer-dilla!!

He would have easily ate more than what we gave him. He would whine a bit when he didn't get the spoon back. However, the Dr. told us only a little to start with. He was totally a FULL and HAPPY baby!!

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

This video will give you a better understanding of the fun time Collin and I had feeding our little monster :) We can't wait to try more foods with him and see what he likes. We are going to attempt a sippy cup next!!

Schaefer turns 4 months tomorrow so I decided to do another photo shoot. It was a little tougher this time because he has gotten very active. He was not wanting to participate for me! Silly goose... still I got some fun shots. Enjoy :)

We had a long day visiting with Ms. Karen and her family (Schaefer's new babysitter). He had a lot of fun meeting his new little friend Elizabeth!

When we finally got home, Schaefer was laying on his floor-gym rolling from side to side. Collin and I kept telling him to roll over and he wouldn't. GO FIGURE--- we walk into the kitchen to get dinner and when we come back... HE HAD ROLLED OVER!!! Silly boy :)

We are so excited for our little guy! This is such a big achievement in his little life!!

Uncle Austin Graduates

Uncle Austin graduated from UF!!!
It was a very long day for a little doodle.

It was cold outside (yes, it does get cold in Florida) so we had to bundle him.

Schaefer was such a good boy as he sat through the 2 hour graduation.

One day we will be at Schaefer's graduation.
(we have a little while though)

After the graduation we had to go home and take a nap....

Later on that night, we went to Austin's family's house for a wonderful celebration dinner. Schaefer loved visiting with everyone.

Getting ready for CHRISTMAS!!!

So this is going to be Schaefer's first Christmas. We are super excited to have him with us! We are actually going to Utah this year so it shall be a fun adventure. We have been trying to find him some warm clothes...

It is kind of dark but he is wearing gloves in the second picture :)

I was trying to get a good picture of Schaefer by the tree. He wasn't cooperating!

Here are his presents all wrapped and under the tree. (Santa came early!)

Today we spent the whole day Christmas shopping. Schaefer was AWESOME, he didn't cry, fuss or anything. He had a blast looking at all of the people, etc! When we got home he helped me wrap up all of our goodies....

Schaefer is getting so big so fast. Now that he is able to sit up supported and has FULL support of his neck he is able to play with more things. We recently brought down his excersaucer entertainment center. He really has fun standing up (which is his favorite thing to do) and exploring all of the toys there are to play with! He is so serious sometimes when he plays with it.

Schaefer is a silly little kid. He is always laughing and loves to just play and have fun. He has the sweetest and coolest personality!

The other day I put him in his swing and when i turned around for 5 minutes I caught him trying to escape! He is a sneaky sneaky kid. Look at that face!

We are trying to get Schaefer ready for his first Christmas. We are super excited to get to spend it with him this year. It is going to be so much fun buying him presents and watching him not know what to do with them :)

So I was filtering through some old photos of Schaefer... (haha old... he is only 3 months old!)... and I found 2 that are similar but 3 months apart. It is amazing how much he has changed since we first brought him home! Look, his feet hang out of his car seat!

3 Months ------> 2 Days

We do, however, have a rather large child. My friend has a 5 month old who is in the 95th percentile for weight/height and he is 14 pounds 24 inches long. Schaefer is 3 months and he is 17 pounds and almost 27 inches :) We know how to grow em, huh?!

First Thanksgiving

Schaefer got to spend his first Thanksgiving in Madison with Grandma and Papa! He had a lot of fun! Here are some photos of his adventures.

Schaefer has started to realize what a camera is.

He walked around the farm with Papa. In his Kangaroo carrier. He really likes that!

We learned that his new favorite thing is 'Superman'!

On Thanksgiving, Schaefer actually got to get some gravy on a finger...

He really liked it. He actually searched the table for the gravy bowl.

When he couldn't find it, he settled for grandma's finger because that is who gave it to him!

He would cry why she would remove the finger!! Here is a cute video of Schaefer and the gravy!

After eating, the boys decided that they would snuggle and take a nap.

Schaefer enjoyed hanging out with his family that he hardly gets to see....

We put up Schaefer's first Christmas tree today. He really likes to look at the lights! WE are super excited to have Schaefer this year for Christmas and Thanksgiving and are looking forward to lots of fun.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Things have been so busy. I began working again on November 2 which hasn't been to bad. It wasn't as tough to go back as I had originally thought it would be. Schaefer is doing great. He stays with my mom and his aunt Tara during the week so that has been nice for him. Other than that there really isn't anything new going on. So I figured I would just post some recent pictures :) Enjoy!!

Schaefer had a doctor's appointment today. His 2 month old appointment. Can you believe it has been 2 months already? He is still off the charts for his height and weight.... 25. 5 inches and 14.5 pounds. He got his first set of immunizations and cried for a little bit at first but was fine once they were all done! He was a good boy :) Oh yea... and our doctor gave him a new florida gator PJ outfit! IT is super cute.

Grandma Sandy got Schaefer some silly fish to play with in the bathtub. The other night when we gave him a bath he was having a fun time playing with them. He loves baths to begin with and these toys just made it that much better!!!

Tampa Visit

We were finally able to get to Tampa this past weekend. It was a lot of fun. Schaefer got to meet a lot of new people and spent the weekend watching football...

He was asleep BUT he still knew the Gators scored a touchdown :)

He finally got to meet his cousins on the Krutsinger side. Here is Cousin Tyson holding him :)

It was nice and warm all weekend so we decided to get Schaefer in the pool. We figured it would probably be our last opportunity before it got too cold outside. YES... it does get cold in Florida! He really enjoyed it. Cried at first but once his body adjusted to the cool water he was loving it!

Thanks to aunt Stephanie, Schaefer has an AWESOME new toy which he loves to play with! He is obsessed with the toucan bird. He will lay and hit the bird over and over again. It is fun to watch him play. He is really starting to interact with things and people :)

Last night Collin and I took Schaefer to campus (UF) to check out this helmet campaign that he donated a couple helmets to. They are trying to encourage students to wear a helmet when riding a scooter. It was a lot of fun! Schaefer was such a good boy. He really enjoyed being outside and listening to the chill live music.

Uncle Austin and Aunt Tara came over for dinner last night.

They have a 5 day old little Blue Pitbull puppy. He is SO CUTE!! They brought him over because he needs to eat every 3 hours (kinda like Schaefer). We decided it would be cute it Schefer held the puppy. I think he enjoyed it....

1 month old appointment

Schaefer had his one month old appointment today. He was VERY GOOD :) He smiled for the doctor, it was super cute. Everything was awesome with him. He is now... drum-roll please.....

11 lbs. 8 oz. and 24 inches long

The doctor had to actually measure him twice because he is off the charts for height :) He is in the 90th percentile for weight and above 97th percentile for height! We have a tall little boy.... are you surprised??

One Month

Collin actually went into work today at his normal time... BOO!

Schaefer and I pretty much just hung out at home today. He decided to sleep in pretty late this morning. We have found that he really enjoys sleeping in our bed (after we wake up of course). We only let him sleep there in the morning for a nap... usually if he is fussy first. He was very comfy and content...

GOOD NEWS.... His umbilical cord fell off! Thank goodness... he lost it yesterday I just forgot to post it. Finally.... 4 weeks is LONG ENOUGH! Now he has a cute little belly button!

Schaefer keeps growing more and more hair.... it looks like it is going to be dirty blonde like his momma. It isn't as dark as Collin's hair... yet!?

Schaefer had an eventful day today. After chilling at home for a bit with me (mom) he had to get dressed because daddy came home to run some errands with us. How cute does he look??

This was his first time going out with Mommy and Daddy! We went to a lot of places....
The accountants (to visit Ron), Weecycle (to try and find a Halloween costume-we didn't), Bank, Babies R Us (to find a bath tub that he won't drown in), and finally Publix to get some much needed groceries!

He was a very good baby... except at Toys R Us he got hungry and I (not thinking) left the bottle stuff in the car so I had to run out and get a bottle for him and he was fine! Then at Publix his diaper got wet and he got tired of being in his car seat so I had to take him to the car and change him. But other than our silly first time parent mistakes he was a good baby!

LESSON LEARNED: ALWAYS take a bottle into a store and let him out of his seat for a little bit!

OH and one last note....

we SO looked like new parents because at checkout (not realizing it) we both pulled out our hand sanitizer and started sanitizing away... OH WOW... hopefully no one saw??

Schaefer was a big boy today. I have been slowly letting him try and sleep in his crib so that he can get used to it and up until today it hasn't been very successful. However, today he took a nap in his big boy crib all by himself up in his nursery. He was so cute all snuggled up in his bed!

I love to watch Collin play with Schaefer. Collin likes to give him some tummy time in the evenings after he gets home from work. Here are some photos I captured the other day of them playing together. SO CUTE!!

After Collin had finished playing, he had laid the rattle toy next to Schaefer on the floor. All of a sudden we started hearing it shake and it was Schaefer playing with it. He is so smart!! I love watching him discover new things.... so awesome!

We received our newborn pictures today in the mail. Anna Weaver really did an awesome job! Here are our favorite ones. All we have to do now is decide which ones we want to Frame :)

Schaefer had his 2 week appointment today. He now weighs 10 pounds and is 23 inches long... we are raising an athlete here!! He has been doing so well (and obviously eating well). Here are some things that he has been up to:

He always holds his head up and looks around. He has done it for a while now but I recently caught it on camera! It is funny to watch because although he can do it he only holds it up for a few seconds and then has to take a break. It is amazing to me how far he has come in 2 weeks... his neck is not as floppy.
He watched his first GATOR game last weekend... We think he enjoyed it.... ( I don't know where his neck went in this photo!)
He still is a squeaky little guy... he makes the funniest squeaks!
He spends his days with mommy just hanging out and playing. Until she has to go back to work.... :(
He is always alert (during the day). Rarely will he nap... and if he does it is for about an hour. When he is alert he stares at everything... taking it all in! He is going to be one smart cookie.
He just got baby acne... which is only on his cheeks. Hopefully that will clear up soon!
He loves to go on walks and car rides. Normally he will fall asleep but yesterday during our walk, he was WIDE awake taking in nature!
He laid in his crib for the first time... Soon I am going to let him nap in it just so he can get used to the sounds and what not of the room.
His umbilical cord hasn't fallen off yet... hopefully soon?? This child just likes to take his time with everything!
LAST....He LOVES to sleep with his daddy! They are cute :)

Schaefer got his newborn photos taken yesterday. He was such a good boy. Very alert the entire time and just staring away. it made for some really cute photos! Anna Weaver came and shot them for us. So the safest drive I have ever had in my life was when we brought Schaefer home. It was a relief to finally leave the hospital and begin our life with our little guy. Lucky for us he slept the whole way home. I was a little worried though because his neck kept flopping around, so I had to hold it still :)

We made it home safe and sound!

The Birth Story....

Sunday Night at about 7:45 Collin and I went to the hospital to begin getting induced. They gave me some pain medicine that night so that way I could get a good nights rest before 'the BIG day'.

Collin decided that he would show me how I was going to have to push....

Then later he got bored and decided to play with the birthing ball.... he said it looked like fun!

The next day, Monday, August 24, 2009 they began the pitocin drip. A few hours later my contractions got really bad. I was only in pain for 15 minutest though because as soon as my contractions started my mid-wife called in the epidural guys and it was all better. We began pushing at around 4:00pm and little Schaefer was born at 4:46pm.

8 lbs. 2 oz. and 22 in. long

We love him very very much! He is a sweet baby. Everything went so well we couldn't be more thankful!

Schaefer has been AWESOME! He only wakes up 2 times during the night to feed and its not even with a cry. It is just some cooing and sucking sounds. After he eats and we change his diaper he goes back to sleep. We couldn't have asked for a better baby.

He also has the CUTEST personality already. He makes little facial expressions that just make you laugh! Yesterday, he stared up at Collin with the BIGGEST smile ever... you should see his little dimples!

Today was a big day for little Schaefer he got circumsized. He was a very VERY good boy for the doctor and didn't cry when they snipped him. He was a little shook up when they returned him to me... actually heard him cry cry for the first time....but overall he was awesome!

HE IS HERE!!

Schaefer arrived Monday, August 24, 2009 at 4:46pm. He was 8 pounds 2 ounces and 22 inches long! I will post more when I get a chance but I wanted to get something up for all of his followers :)

So Collin and I have been a little bored waiting for Schaefer to come. Collin has decided that I have something else in my belly and not a baby. We really have nothing interesting to post so we decided to do a little photo-shoot! Hope you all enjoy :)

Today we officially had our last ultrasound and prenatal doctor's appointment! WOO HOO!! The ultrasound was great as always. His fluid levels were nice and high, he moves A TON, he breathes, and he sticks his tongue out... A LOT! Our doctor told him that he has until SUNDAY NIGHT AT 8 PM to move out or they are going to just go ahead and force him out (evict him).

**In other words, if Schaefer doesn't come by 8 pm Sunday night then I am going to have to be induced.... so one way or another by MONDAY/TUESDAY (depending on how long it takes) there will be a new little baby! Exciting.... and scary!

Collin said we couldn't have planned this any better. Only we would have a child on the FIRST day back at school when the scooter shop is the busiest :) Oh well.... it can't all be perfect! We will try and keep everyone as updated as we can but for now we are just taking it one day at a time until Sunday night!

NO SCHAEFER= FRUSTRATION.... across the family!

This little boy is a very laid back baby because he is in NO rush to come out and meet everyone. Everyone always calls me thinking I forgot to inform them of his arrival when really... he just hasn't arrived!!

This weekend Tara tried her best to convince him to come out... I don't think it is working. He is just too happy where he is! We try to walk all of the time... 3 miles the other night and he is still hangin in there. I feel like that fish DORY in Finding Nemo--- 'just keep swimming, just keep swimming, what do we do we swim....'

Well, today I have another ultrasound to make sure his fluid levels aren't too low. Maybe I will get some promising news?? I will let you guys know... until then I guess we have to just be patient, he will come out sooner or later. He can't just grow up in my belly.... I don't think??

Doctor's Appointment... THEY NEVER END!!

Today was a fun day, went and got a pedicure with Tara- painted them BLUE for a boy :) (she claims they help... we will see) Then we went and got lunch... nothing spicy though. Then we had our 40 weeks sonogram/doctor's appointment. And later, we are having a lovely dinner with Brad, Tara and Austin! All in all it was a fun day :)

All is well with our little Schaefer. The sonogram was weird because you really can't see much. He is so big and in such a crammed space it is hard to make out what is what on his little body. However, we were able to see him make a sucking motion with his mouth and stick out his tongue.. I think he even sucked his thumb! He is currently estimated at about 7lbs. 9oz. That would be perfect if you ask me!!

The doctor said that all is good with him the only thing they want to watch is the fluid levels because they are a little low. If they get to a dangerous level then we will have to be induced. Needless to say, I have to go back for ANOTHER sonogram on Monday and then ANOTHER one on Thursday. I guess from here on out they will watch him every 2 days. Better safe than sorry! GOOD NEWS: She said that he has dropped more :) Thank goodness!

Ok, so I know Schaefer isn't coming BUT today is supposed to be the big day! That is kind of exciting. Collin and I can't believe that 40 weeks have gone by... it went fast!

8 weeks--------->40 weeks

34 pounds later :)

We are all ready. Now we just have to wait for Schaefer to finish cooking and be ready to come out and play. He was VERY active last night... pushing out everywhere. My tummy was going crazy. Collin tried to record it but he would stop everytime the camera was on him... lol he gets his camera shyness from me :) Well, we get to have an ultrasound tomorrow afternoon so hopefully we will find out some good information. I will let you know how it goes! For now we will just continue the on going waiting game.

Ok, so I finally finished updating this blogging site. I think that it will be a lot better for keeping Schaefer's life up to date with the family. I have been chilling at home lately with not much to do because Schaefer is just hanging around... I've been bored!

Frustration!

Ok so had a Doctor's appointment today (8/10/09) and come to find out Schaefer hasn't dropped yet! That basically means that he isn't ready to go anywhere. He is happy just chillin... wouldn't you-- always getting carried, nice waterbed, warm, snuggly, good food-- that is the life!

So now since our due date is Thursday my Dr. scheduled an appointment for Friday to have an ultrasound. We are going to get to see him and see approx. how big he is. If he is too big then they will have to induce me and if he is doing well then they will let him wait until 41 wks. 5 days. BUT-- by August 25 there will DEFINITELY be a baby. That is what my Dr. promised! LOL lets hope its a bit sooner :)

I will let you guys know how the U/S goes and what the status is. But right now you might as well all relax because he isn't ready to come meet everyone just yet :)

Wow we are reaching the end! I can't believe it, it's crazy! Today my mom and I went to UF's campus to take pictures and while we were taking pictures it started POURING!!! We got soaked, but we had a lot of fun.

Now I have some pictures to remember Schaefer before he came out to play ( I will post them in a bit). I think he is just going to hang out for as long as he can. Tara says that he is smart and enjoys the yummy food... steak, ice cream, etc. and knows that he will only get milk once he is out... not so yummy!! I think that he is Collin's son so he isn't in much of a hurry to go anywhere... a little lazy! Anyway, we are anxious for him to come and can't wait to meet the little guy! I will keep everyone updated.

So I had another DR's appointment today. All is great, she said that he should drop this week which is kinda exciting because I miss being able to breathe easily :)

Collin is getting a little anxious for the big day. He keeps getting on to me because I haven't packed my bags. I guess I better do that this week so we are ready just in case he decides to surprise us early!!

That is pretty much it for now. Nothing really exciting going on yet in the world of baby.

Today we are 37 weeks... that means that if Schaefer decided he wanted out he would be fine :) (working lungs and all!!)

That also means.... any single noise or sound I make Collin has to ask, " Is it time? Is the baby coming? Do we have to go to the hospital?" It is quite entertaining!! However, when the time does come I probably won't be able to find him or wake him up!

Collin wants us to pack our hospital bags so that we are ready. At least his! He says that he needs to be prepared since it can happen anytime in the next 3 wks+!!

Anyway, Doctor's appt on Monday so I will post how everything goes!!

Baby Showers!!

So we are very fortunate to have so many people who love us! We had 4 baby showers and they were all awesome! Now that they are over I will catch you all up on where they were and some pictures from each. Enjoy :)

The First baby shower we had was at the end of March. We flew up to PA to go to Colette and Rob's wedding and little did we know our family had planned a surprise baby shower! I seriously thought that we were going to go to a family BBQ.... I WAS SHOCKED!! It was so nice to see people I hadn't seen in so long. It was truly an amazing time! We were only about 3.5 months along so we didn't know what we were having yet.

The second baby shower was at school. It was thrown by my lovely second grade teaching team! It was very sweet of them. They even surprised me and invited my momma!!

Next was the Tampa baby shower. Collin's family threw us a beautiful shower in Tampa with his side of the family and friends of ours. It was a blast, and we really appreciated it!

Last, but certainly not least, we had a baby shower in Madison. Mom and Chris threw it for us. It was very laid back and a lot of fun. We just ate, socialized and opened presents... we got A LOT of diapers :)

All of the showers were a lot of fun and we really appreciated all of the love and gifts for baby Schaefer! He is so loved it isn't even funny.

Ok, so last night at our newborn care class they taught us how to swaddle a baby nice and tight. Basically wrap them like a burrito! Well, when we got home, Collin wanted to practice again. So who better to practice on then ANGEL!

Had our 35 week and 4 day Dr. appointment today! All went well.. it went so well that instead of coming back in a week... I can wait 2 :) that is a good thing!!

Anywho... heartbeat is good, movement is ALWAYS... he is probably going to be a soccer player! Tonight we get to go to our newborn care class and learn how to take care of our little monster :) Shall be interesting!!!

So countdown is on... we have 4 weeks come Thursday!

THE NURSERY :)

So the nursery is finally finished! Thanks to the help of family we were able to get it painted all in one weekend. The longest part was waiting for the furniture to come in. We had ordered it in March but it never came in until the end of June. But, everything is set up and ready to go for little man when he gets here... now all we need is a baby to fill it up :)

So I put together Schaefer's stroller. WE LOVE IT!! It is very cute and easy to use! Collin says that he is excited to push him around in it. He has contemplated putting Angel in it... so far I have been able to keep him from doing that... we will see how long that lasts!

For those of you keeping a countdown- We are at 35 weeks... which means 5 weeks left to our journey! GETTING EXCITED!

I want to be pushed around in that all DAY!!

So... today I began washing all of Schaefer's clothing!!
He has so much.

I think he is pretty much set until he is about 18 months... not complaining! I just want to get it all washed so I can put the large heap of clothing AWAY... where it goes.

34 weeks....

So, there is one month left until baby Austin arrives! We are getting so excited. Collin wants him to just get here so he can play with him... hmmm I don't think he knows how a newborn works but I will let him dream :) We had our 34 week appointment yesterday and it went great! Schaefer is butt up which is where he is supposed to be. Collin says that is a good thing because he like to spank him and now he knows he has been spanking his bottom instead of his head! (He says he needs to practice- he is weird!) He is a squirmy little guy. He is constantly moving... which the doctor says is a good thing. Birthing class is almost over. We have one week left which is our hospital tour and then we are ready to go... hmm that is scary! Collin swears that this will be the week that the wives get to massage the husbands... yea good luck with that :)
